Who We Are
|
Jeff and I have been married for 16 years and moved to Graford in 2006. In 2007 we were blessed with twin boys, Cye and McKennon. After having my twins I was able to be a stay at home mom and spend lots of time with my babies. I used this time to join several clubs and organizations to keep me connected with people including the Fort Worth Mother's of Multiples and the Caleb Larson Foundation. In 2012 we were blessed once again with a baby girl, Krosbie June. Our children are our biggest priority and we are very involved in the community. Jeff is currently serving on the Graford School Board as vice president. In addition to teaching PE I am also proud to be apart of the coaching staff here at GISD as the Head Volleyball & Softball coach.

Why I teach |
When my boys started Pre-k at Graford I became active in the Graford PTO and began volunteering at the school. Through volunteering and becoming more active in the school district I found a love for our school district and the students that go there. After making the decision to dive into education I was accepted into a alternative certification program and then was hired on with GISD in 2015. I really think that my background in psychology has been a great asset in teaching and I look forward to getting to work with children for the rest of my working career. My goal is to help students find a love for learning, staying healthy, and help them build the confidence they need to succeed in life.
